Job Description

You’ll be the technical backbone of an exciting automation company that’s experiencing rapid early-stage growth. This role puts you at the forefront of AI voice technology, where you’ll translate business requirements into powerful automation solutions that directly impact client success. You’ll work closely with the founding team to execute their strategic vision while having the autonomy to architect and build cutting-edge voice AI implementations. This is a unique opportunity to be a key technical contributor in a fast-scaling company where your work will be immediately visible and impactful.

 

Responsibilities:

• Convert client business requirements into technical tree maps and conversation flow structures
• Analyze client consultation calls to identify key conversation intents (discovery calls, appointment booking, FAQ responses)
• Design and develop AI automation solutions using voice AI platforms and integration tools
• Build seamless integrations between voice AI systems, CRMs, and various business platforms
• Implement automation workflows that connect multiple systems and streamline business processes
• Collaborate directly with company founders to execute strategic technical initiatives
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, JSON, and Python programming languages
• Create API integrations that enable smooth data flow between different platforms

 

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and Python programming languages
• Experience with API development and system integrations
• Knowledge of automation platforms and workflow design principles
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
• Bonus if you have experience with voice AI technologies or platforms like Retell AI
• It helps if you’re familiar with integration tools like Zapier
• Experience with CRM systems and business workflow automation is a plus
