Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Web & SEO Designer to manage, maintain, and optimize multiple company websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping content fresh, ensuring visual consistency, and applying SEO best practices to maximize web visibility and high-quality user experiences.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, Flexible hours with overlapping Central European Time (CET) (20 work hours per week) with potential to transition into a full-time role
Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and maintain four company websites to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, including updating meta titles, descriptions, alt text, and internal link structures.
- Upload new content (transactions, press articles, interviews) optimized for target keywords and search visibility.
- Ensure all websites are visually consistent, mobile-responsive, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor website health, track search performance, and resolve site issues to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with leadership to implement content updates and search optimization strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with website builders like WIX and GoDaddy.
- Solid understanding of foundational SEO principles (on-page optimization, site speed, content structuring).
- Strong grasp of web design, layout, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Excellent written English skills to ensure content is clear, accurate, and search-friendly.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
