The role
We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to work across the whole application —
frontend, backend, data model and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on senior role in a small,
distributed team: you will own features end to end rather than pick up work from one side of a
boundary.
We are progressively adopting Rust for backend services and want someone who is genuinely
interested in being part of that.

What you will be doing
Building features end to end — data model, API, user interface and tests — across both web
portals and the backend.
Designing and evolving a multi-tenant PostgreSQL data model as the product grows into new
customer types and new industries.Building and maintaining integrations with customers' third-party booking and inventory systems,
which are frequently legacy and inconsistently documented.
Developing the automated pricing pipeline: scheduled serverless workers that assemble each day's
pricing run, call our pricing engine's API, apply commercial rules and approval policy, and publish
the results.
Owning cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines alongside the rest of the team.
Reviewing code and setting engineering standards across an in-house team and an external
development partner.
Contributing to the gradual adoption of Rust in the backend.
Essential experience
Substantial commercial experience as a full stack developer, including genuine production
ownership of a system rather than only feature-level delivery.
Strong Python — modern, type-annotated code with a web framework such as FastAPI, Django or
Flask.
Strong React, written in TypeScript.
Solid relational database skills in PostgreSQL or equivalent: schema design, migrations, and query
performance.
Hands-on AWS experience, ideally serverless (Lambda, API Gateway).
Infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenTofu or CDK) and CI/CD pipelines.
Automated testing as a normal part of delivery, not an afterthought.
Clear written communication, and comfort working in a distributed team where technical decisions
are documented and debated in writing.
Desirable
Rust in production, particularly asynchronous web services.
Dynamic pricing, revenue management, yield management or e-commerce pricing experience.
Multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including tenant isolation and provisioning.
Integrating with legacy or poorly documented third-party APIs.
Data visualisation and charting over real-world, incomplete datasets.
Auth0, AWS Cognito, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC.
Experience mentoring or leading offshore or partner development teams.
