Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1 hour unpaid break | Australian Eastern Time 

Client Overview: You’ll be working with a growing digital marketing agency that specializes in Meta advertising campaigns and website optimization. The agency serves multiple clients and is expanding rapidly, creating exciting opportunities for the right person to grow alongside the business and potentially earn performance-based incentives.

Job Overview: You’ll be the driving force behind lead generation efforts for both the agency and their clients, taking ownership of the entire lead qualification process from initial contact to handoff. This role offers the perfect blend of client-facing interaction and strategic outreach, where your efforts directly impact business growth. You’ll work closely with the agency owner in a collaborative environment that values results and rewards strong performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to online inquiries through website chat systems and Meta ads campaigns
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling initiatives
  • Conduct follow-up calls and nurture prospects through the qualification process
  • Handle incoming Meta ads leads and guide them through initial onboarding stages
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and data management using Google Sheets and CRM systems
  • Perform strategic outreach to build prospect lists and expand the sales pipeline
  • Qualify leads thoroughly before handoff to ensure high conversion potential
  • Support basic administrative tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication skills for phone calls, chat management, and prospect qualification
  • Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn Google Sheets for lead tracking
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting activities
  • Sales mindset with interest in performance-based compensation opportunities
  • Bonus if you have experience with Meta advertising platforms or digital marketing
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Australian business culture and communication styles
