Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between marketing-generated leads and sales success. As their Lead Qualifier, you’ll take raw leads from social media and Google ads campaigns and transform them into qualified appointments that drive real business results. Responsibilities:

  • Contact and qualify leads generated from social media ads and Google ads campaigns across wellness and property industries
  • Conduct professional outreach via email, SMS, and phone calls to engage with prospects effectively
  • Book qualified appointments for wellness clients selling red light therapy machines and hyperbaric chambers
  • Schedule appointments for property clients focusing on off-the-plan purchases and display suite visits
  • Assess lead quality and determine fit for client services, ensuring only qualified prospects move forward
  • Process approximately 20-30 leads per day with a focus on thorough qualification over volume
  • Maintain detailed records and provide comprehensive feedback on lead qualification outcomes
  • Communicate confidently about wellness industry products and property purchasing processes
  • Collaborate with the creative agency team to optimize lead qualification processes and improve conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills across multiple channels (email, SMS, phone) with professional phone manner
  • Ability to speak confidently about wellness industry products (red light therapy, hyperbaric chambers) and property services
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools preferred
  • Thorough and detail-oriented approach to lead qualification and appointment setting
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable using time tracking systems
  • Bonus if you have previous experience in appointment setting or customer service roles
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Australian business culture and communication styles
