Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative AI Graphic Designer to produce high-quality, AI-generated fashion and e-commerce imagery. This hands-on production role focuses on executing established creative direction using provided AI tools, product information, reference imagery, creative briefs, brand guidelines, and production standards. The ideal candidate will apply strong visual judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools to produce accurate, consistent imagery efficiently while maintaining established product and brand standards.

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm CST.

Responsibilities:

AI Image Production

• Generate AI-powered on-model, lifestyle, and product imagery using designated AI platforms.
• Execute established creative briefs, prompts, reference imagery, and production workflows.
• Maintain consistency in models, poses, styling, backgrounds, composition, and lighting across image sets.
• Generate multiple image variations and refine outputs based on established quality standards.
• Work efficiently across multiple products, styles, and collections.

Image Quality and Product Accuracy

• Compare AI-generated imagery against original product photography and reference materials.
• Ensure accurate representation of garment colors, patterns, prints, textures, trims, construction, proportions, and fit.
• Identify and correct AI-generated errors, including distorted anatomy, inaccurate clothing details, inconsistent lighting, and visual artifacts.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand alignment across all assets.
• Perform detailed quality checks before submitting images for approval.

Production Workflow and Asset Management

• Follow established file-naming, organization, formatting, and export requirements.
• Track assigned assets, revisions, approvals, and production status.
• Meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Identify recurring production issues and recommend workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Professional experience in digital creative production, e-commerce content, graphic design, photography, photo editing, or a related field. (Applications with portfolios will be prioritized)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience creating or editing imagery using generative AI tools.
• Strong visual judgment with excellent attention to composition, color, proportion, lighting, and detail.
• Ability to identify subtle inaccuracies between reference photography and generated imagery.
• Ability to follow detailed creative instructions and maintain consistency across high-volume production.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Proficiency with digital image formats, resolutions, file preparation, and asset management.
• Strong written English communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI fashion photography or virtual model imagery platforms, such as Veeton or comparable tools.
• Experience producing e-commerce imagery for fashion, apparel, or children’s clothing brands.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable image-editing software.
• Familiarity with AI prompting, image refinement, image-to-image generation, and reference-based workflows.
• Experience working within structured creative production pipelines.

Portfolio Requirements

• Provide examples of AI-generated imagery personally produced, preferably for fashion, apparel, or e-commerce.
• Include examples demonstrating: product accuracy, visual consistency, image quality, and the ability to execute a defined creative direction.
• Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a paid skills assessment using provided reference materials and creative guidelines.
