Job Overview

Our client is looking for a versatile, tech-savvy Multimedia & AI Content Specialist (Matterport) to join their team on a part-time basis. This role is designed for a creative professional capable of handling traditional media editing while leveraging cutting-edge AI content tools and interactive digital media platforms, including 360° virtual tours. You will play a key role in optimizing production workflows, streamlining content creation, and scaling visual assets across various marketing channels.

Schedule:

• Part-time 20 hours per week Los Angeles, PST Business Hours

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality photo retouching, HDR editing, color correction, and image enhancements for marketing collateral. Execute AI-assisted image editing, virtual staging, object removal, and virtual renovations.
• Produce, edit, and assemble engaging short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form video content. Utilize AI-powered video tools to scale content generation, streamline workflows, and elevate visual outputs.
• Edit and customize 3D virtual tours (e.g., Matterport, interactive media), including creating highlight reels, adding interactive tags, and customizing tour navigation.
• Review all creative deliverables to align with brand standards and quality guidelines. Organize file structures, manage client/internal revisions, and maintain production deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio demonstrating photo retouching, video editing, 360°/virtual tour customization, and AI-driven media tools.
• Industry-standard photo and video suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud/Premiere Pro/Photoshop/Lightroom); 360° virtual tour platforms (e.g., Matterport or equivalent interactive software); Generative AI tools for media scaling, virtual staging, and asset enhancement.
• Excellent communication, strong organization, and self-management capabilities in a remote environment.
