As an Inbound Sales Appointment Setter - Home Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, directly driving revenue and growth through exceptional service. This high-impact role requires strong communication skills, a background in customer service, and the ability to confidently own the full sales and scheduling workflow after an intensive first-month training program. Prior experience with CRM platforms like Jobber or Quo is a major plus. Candidates with a proven track record in home service industries—such as garage door, HVAC, or plumbing—will stand out as top contenders. 

Client Overview:

Our client is a growing home services company based in Louisville, Kentucky, specializing in garage door solutions with dedicated local crews offering same-day service. They are a small, agile team of four looking to expand their sales operations with remote support.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments for the sales and service teams
• Manage customer relationships throughout the sales process
• Update and maintain customer records in Jobber and Quo CRM systems
• Follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmations
• Coordinate with field crews to optimize scheduling
• Provide excellent customer service that reflects the company's commitment to same-day service
• Participate in ongoing training during your first month to master the business operations

Requirements:

• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or appointment setting
• Strong customer relationship management abilities
• Comfortable learning new CRM platforms and tools
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Qualifications:

• Bonus if you have experience in the home services industry
• It helps if you have prior experience with Jobber or Quo CRM platforms
