Job Overview

You will create compelling AI-generated video content that drives growth for both the coaching practice and educational membership platform. This role puts you at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and transformational wellness content. You'll produce three pieces of AI content per week while handling specialized editing tasks including background replacements, AI avatar interviews, character swaps for exercise demonstrations, and AI UGC-style content. Client Overview

Our client is a pioneering health and wellness company specializing in fascia-based training methods that help people strengthen their bodies without lifting weights. They work with clients experiencing chronic pain and injuries, and their methodology is now clinically backed with peer-reviewed research. The company operates a one-on-one coaching business alongside a growing educational membership platform.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day (20 work hours per week) - Timezone alignment with Eastern Time (New York) 

Responsibilities

• Create three AI-generated video pieces per week using Higgs Field to grow the one-on-one coaching business and monthly subscription platform
• Replace video backgrounds to simulate podcast studio environments and other professional settings
• Develop AI avatar content that acts as an interviewer for Q&A-style educational videos
• Execute character swaps showing different people performing exercise demonstrations
• Produce AI UGC content that simulates direct-to-camera phone recordings
• Structure content with effective hooks, body, and calls-to-action based on educational and awareness objectives
• Perform general video editing tasks using CapCut or similar tools
• Create animations and cartoon content as needed for educational purposes
• Collaborate on content briefs and adapt based on training and feedback
• Manage AI content credits and track usage efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience creating AI video content using Higgs Field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI avatar work, background replacement, and character swap capabilities
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar platforms
• Ability to structure educational content with clear hooks, messaging, and calls-to-action
• Professional video content creation experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working with American companies and aligning to the Eastern Time Zone

Nice to Have

• Experience with paid ads structure and content ideation for advertising is a plus
• Animation and cartoon creation capabilities
• Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry
