Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated GoHighLevel Marketing Assistant to take full ownership of our platform configurations and day-to-day administrative operations. In this role, you will streamline our landing pages, fix email automation and data mapping issues regarding dancer and parent names, and manage routine communications. Beyond technical setup, you will assist with general admin, email inquiries, and local marketing tasks to free up leadership and drive business growth.

Client Overview:

An established dance school running multiple student events, workshops, and classes. The business utilizes modern CRM platforms to manage student communications and requires dedicated support to streamline marketing and administrative workflows.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (with at least 4-hour overlap, GMT/UK Time, 35 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize Go High Level landing pages, forms, and automated email sequences
• Ensure accurate data mapping of student dancer names to parent contact information on all correspondence
• Handle routine email administration, answering inquiries regarding term dates and class details
• Process event registrations, workshop sign-ups, and ticket sales data into clear reports
• Manage Google Business listings and maintain consistent local marketing activities
• Support ongoing social media posting and community engagement initiatives
• Assist with general administrative duties and day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience configuring and managing the Go High Level platform
• Strong background in digital marketing administration and email automation
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with customer segmentation and data mapping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client correspondence
• Ability to work independently and manage routine administrative workflows
• Bonus if you have prior experience working with dance schools, studios, or similar membership businesses
• It helps if you have basic graphic design or social media content creation skills
