Our client is looking for an operational backbone behind a growing wellness brand, helping transform powerful teachings and spiritual content into a polished, engaging social media presence while managing the day-to-day systems that keep coaching clients connected and retreats promoted. This role gives you creative freedom to shape how impactful healing work reaches women worldwide, with the potential to grow into a long-term partnership that includes commission opportunities on coaching sales as the business scales.

Client Overview

Our client is a wellness and spiritual empowerment business specializing in subconscious rewiring and healing from autoimmune-related issues. The founder leads sacred journeys to sites across the world including Egypt, Peru, Mount Shasta, and France, and bridges spiritual practices with science-backed approaches. With 14 years of experience in Western medicine, she now helps people overcome burnout, stress, and health imbalances through coaching, meditation, and sacred leadership.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, flexible schedule within Mountain Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Edit video content of spoken teachings and meditations for optimal quality and engagement across social media platforms
• Determine which content performs best on Instagram versus YouTube and adapt posting strategy accordingly
• Manage and grow a new Facebook group focused on people experiencing autoimmune-related issues, sharing science-backed advice and community engagement
• Respond to direct messages and inquiries from potential coaching clients on social media platforms
• Create and send weekly newsletters to the community
• Coordinate email reminders for weekly meditation sessions and upcoming events
• Manage booking and follow-up for coaching client inquiries
• Support the creation and launch of an evergreen recorded program for sale
• Maintain posting consistency across all social media channels to build organic growth
• Collaborate on promotional strategy for upcoming retreat in Egypt and future sacred journeys

Requirements

• Proven experience as a social media manager with a strong portfolio of previous work
• Video editing skills with ability to assess content quality and optimize for different platforms
• Experience determining platform-specific content strategy (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
• Strong written communication skills for newsletters and client correspondence
• Comfortable managing multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and manage various digital tools
• Available for flexible scheduling to accommodate client timezone changes

Nice to Have

• Experience with CapCut or similar video editing software (pro subscription is a plus)
• Previous experience working with wellness, spiritual, or coaching brands
• Familiarity with AI tools for automation and reminder systems
• Experience managing Facebook groups and community engagement
• Understanding of organic social media growth strategies without relying on paid ads
• Experience with CRM or email automation platforms
