We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist – AEO, Google Ads and Social Media to develop and execute marketing strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition. The role involves managing SEO, Organic search, AEO, Website content optimization, Google Ads, and marketing analytics while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, strong SEO, AEO, Website content and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM - Sydney Time Zone | With 1-hour unpaid break (32.5hrs per week)

Responsibilities

Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Optimize content for AI search platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Improve website user experience and customer journey.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and execute PEDL's SEO strategy. Improve organic rankings across key e-bike and electric scooter search terms. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Analyze customer behavior and identify conversion bottlenecks.

Other Digital Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support business growth
• Create and manage social media content across relevant platforms
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns and monitor campaign performance
• Analyze marketing data and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance
• Work closely with the team to support lead generation and customer acquisition activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
• Strong experience with email marketing, social media management, and Google Ads
• Experience using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and campaign reporting tools
• Strong written communication and content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/tasks
