Overview
Our client is looking for a Social Media Manager (AI Photography, Copy & Planning) to own their social media presence end-to-end. In this role, you will generate brand visuals using Higgsfield AI, craft compelling post captions, and structure a deliberate weekly content calendar. We are seeking a self-driven candidate with proven experience in DTC/ecommerce social media management and AI photo generation.

Schedule: CET (Netherlands Time)

Responsibilities

• Owns our social media presence end to end: generates the AI photos we post with Higgsfield, writes the accompanying post copy, and builds out a weekly social media planning so posting is deliberate and consistent, not ad hoc.

• Scope of work: Decides without asking us — Which specific photos/visuals to generate for a given post within our brand guidelines, the wording and tone of individual post captions within our brand voice, and the structure and rhythm of the weekly planning itself.

Requirements

• Higgsfield / AI photo generation experience — Genuine hands-on experience generating photography with Higgsfield (or a directly comparable AI photo-generation tool). This is a must-have for this role, not a nice-to-have, and we're willing to pay for candidates who actually have it. APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED

• Strong social copywriting — Fluent written English, comfortable writing short-form captions that sound like a real brand voice, not generic social copy. • Real social media planning experience — Can independently build and maintain a real weekly content calendar, deciding what gets posted when and why, not just reacting post by post.

• Real DTC/ecommerce social experience — Has done this for a real DTC or ecommerce brand before and understands what social content actually needs to look and sound like for that audience. • Reliable, self-driven cadence — Keeps the weekly planning and posting cadence running consistently, week after week, without needing to be chased.

• What we don't want (red flags): No real AI photo-generation experience — Relies on stock imagery or manual photo editing instead of the AI-generation workflow we need, or has only briefly experimented with Higgsfield-style tools. Weak written English — Inconsistent grammar, clarity, or tone in their own writing samples. No real planning experience — Posts reactively with no real calendar or planning behind it, no experience actually building out a content plan in advance.
