Our client is seeking a Social Media Manager & Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of social media management and digital marketing efforts for an established beauty clinic. This role gives you the creative freedom to drive organic growth, increase engagement, and build a consistent brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You'll work with existing branding templates and content, transforming them into a strategic posting schedule that converts followers into clients. Your work will directly impact the clinic's visibility and growth in a competitive market.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Flexible during Australian Eastern Time (Sydney) with overlap availability (10 work hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts with consistent, on-brand content
• Create and schedule engaging reels and posts using Canva and existing branding templates
• Drive organic growth through strategic engagement, hashtag research, and conversion tactics
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships
• Optimize Google Business Profile to improve local search visibility
• Implement SEO improvements on the clinic's Cloudflare-hosted website using coding knowledge
• Adjust and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to improve performance
• Track analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data
• Maintain the clinic's branding voice and visual identity across all platforms

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media for beauty, wellness, or aesthetics brands
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok growth strategies
• Proficiency in Canva and content creation using existing brand templates
• Experience with SEO and website optimization, including coding knowledge for Cloudflare platforms
• Demonstrable expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads setup and optimization
• Email marketing experience, including campaign setup and management
• Ability to understand and maintain brand voice and visual identity
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous social media and content work
• Excellent written communication skills
• Bonus: Experience creating original video content and reels

• Bonus: Understanding of public relations strategies for beauty brands
