Overview

Our client is looking for a creative Video Editor (Adobe Premiere/DaVinci Resolve) to produce compelling advertising and organic content for a multinational B2B sales coaching company. In this role, you will elevate raw footage into polished, high-performing videos across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. You will bring creative ideas to the table, work independently, and adapt assets to support global marketing strategies across eight international offices.

Schedule:

• 12 PM to 4 PM (NZT) Part-time, Flexible during client business hours

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce video content for paid advertising campaigns across multiple dimensions and platforms
• Color correct and enhance raw iPhone footage to deliver a polished, professional look
• Add captions, clean cuts, and overlay stock footage or AI-generated visuals to elevate coaching-style videos
• Adapt content for B2B audiences across social media platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Proactively suggest creative ideas and trending formats to strengthen content engagement
• Produce both short-form social content and longer-form YouTube videos to support the client's content strategy

Requirements

• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve, as well as simpler tools like CapCut
• Demonstrated experience creating B2B marketing video content
• Strong creative eye with the ability to work independently and make editorial decisions without micromanagement
• Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content best practices
• High level of attention to detail, particularly around brand consistency and visual quality

Scope:

• Support a multinational B2B sales coaching company's marketing across eight global offices
• Deliver ad creatives, organic social content, and longer-form video assets on an ongoing basis
• Work from provided copy, stock footage subscriptions, and example references to produce campaign-ready content
• Collaborate with the team via Slack and task management tools, communicating proactively when clarification is needed
• Start at part-time hours with the potential to scale to full-time based on workload and performance
