Job Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Control Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and risk management across contract partner operations. In this role, you will independently research trends, recommend process improvements, and collaborate with third-party inspection companies to maintain real-time data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity to act as a subject matter expert in data quality control within a dynamic, remote environment.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Focus on ensuring contract partners' data is accurate and complete.
- Provide recommendations and solutions to management and technology partners regarding process/system improvements, gaps in controls, and technology solutions.
- Act as a Data Quality Control and/or Management subject matter expert and ambassador of Data Quality and Risk Management.
- Participate in research efforts as needed by Prevention Bureaus, including identifying remediation efforts through independent research of approved third-party sources.
- Precisely review and maintain data to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Report identified risks to the appropriate team and/or management, and monitor and report risks within the scope of work (including Information Security risks).
- Communicate with third-party inspection companies.
- Collaborate with a team while maintaining the ability to work independently.
Requirements

- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of records and information to ensure timely retrieval, completion, and compliance.
- Ability to track personal metrics and important information on reviewed reports.

Qualifications
- Experience related to data quality control and data management is preferred.
- Background knowledge of fire safety systems and NFPA Codes and Regulations is preferred.
- Data Entry / Management degree or certification is preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel, is preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Records Management Systems is preferred.
