Job Overview

Our client is seeking a results-driven B2C Dental Appointment Setter to join their appointment center department. In this full-time remote role, you will conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, follow up on marketing leads, and secure bookings directly into dental office schedules to drive revenue and support client retention.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2C calls to prospective patients and book them into dental office schedules.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to maximize appointment conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with the media buying and client success teams to align on lead flow and campaign performance.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales in a B2C environment.
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
• Energetic and resilient phone presence with the ability to maintain performance throughout the day.
• Ability to work within structured scripts and SOPs while adapting to different client accounts.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
