Job Overview
We are looking for a organized, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist (Fashion & Manufacturing) to provide critical operational support for an upcoming limited-edition jeans launch.
Working directly alongside our Content Strategist / Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Director, you will bridge the gap between creative marketing execution and backend manufacturing support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can keep track of vendor deadlines, and enjoys helping execute digital marketing and administrative workflows.
Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM MST (20 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
- Asset & Content Operations: Assist with organizing, formatting, and scheduling social media posts, email newsletters, and launch media.
- Platform Maintenance: Support Shopify updates, including drafting product listings, formatting image assets, uploading inventory tags, and maintaining basic website copy.
- CRM & Community Ops: Help organize leads, tag customer interactions, and maintain contact lists within HubSpot.
- Reporting Assistance: Help gather basic analytics on social engagement, traffic, and campaign performance for weekly summaries.
- Production Tracking: Assist with tracking production milestones, sample rounds, cut-and-sew timelines, and delivery schedules with manufacturing partners.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Admin: Help maintain communications with fabric mills, trim suppliers, pattern makers, and packaging vendors to keep orders on schedule.
- Inventory & Spec Coordination: Keep spec sheets, bill of materials (BOM), and tech packs organized and updated as sample adjustments occur.
- Administrative Operations: Track launch deadlines, coordinate sample shipments, organize logistics documents, and follow up on outstanding production requests.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a administrative, marketing, or production support role (preferably within fashion, apparel, or consumer goods).
- Tool Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of (or quick ability to learn) Shopify, HubSpot, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Notion).
- Apparel Interest: High-level understanding of or strong desire to learn the apparel manufacturing pipeline (from tech packs to sample approvals and bulk production).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organization skills; you love double-checking details, spec updates, and scheduling dates.
- Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-Starter: Comfortable taking direction, prioritizing tasks, and working independently during designated hours.
- Nice to have: Prior experience working directly with apparel manufacturers, cut-and-sew factories, or trim suppliers.
- Nice to have: Understanding of e-commerce logistics, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.
