Our client is seeking a Fitness Client Retention & Lead Generation Specialist to serve as the behind-the-scenes force keeping client relationships strong and leads warm. In this role, you will take ownership of client retention efforts, lead re-engagement campaigns, and administrative support for studio challenges and events. Working directly with the studio owner, you will ensure no client falls through the cracks, make systems run efficiently, and drive growth for an active fitness business.

Client Overview

Our client operates a thriving personal training studio in Texas serving hundreds of active clients and managing approximately 2,000 warm leads. The studio focuses on personalized fitness programs and regularly runs client challenges and events to drive engagement and retention.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Central Time (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Reach out to clients who haven't attended sessions recently to re-engage them and maintain retention.
• Manage and follow up with approximately 2,000 warm leads using auto-messaging systems and personalized outreach.
• Contact leads who haven't been touched in over a month to bring them back into the pipeline.
• Handle backend administrative tasks including client communications and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and track fitness challenges and events hosted by the studio.
• Maintain team points and participant tracking for ongoing challenges.
• Update client records and manage studio CRM system.
• Monitor automated systems and provide personalized follow-up where automation falls short.

Requirements

• Sales experience is a must. 
• Proven experience in customer service and administrative support roles.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation or outreach activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and auto-dialing or auto-messaging platforms.
• Self-directed and proactive in managing tasks without constant supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fitness studios or wellness businesses is preferred.
• Familiarity with client retention strategies and re-engagement campaigns is preferred.
• Experience coordinating events or challenges with multiple participants is a plus.
• Experience working with sales or lead nurturing funnels is preferred.
