Overview
We are looking for an experienced Reddit Marketing & Account Manager to take sole responsibility for setting up, warming up, and managing multiple Reddit accounts.

You will be working with a digital marketing agency that supports clients across a range of industries, including furniture, coffee machines, and other consumer brands. This role requires someone who genuinely understands Reddit, its communities, culture, rules, and best practices.

Schedule

• 20 hours per week | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM Beijing Time

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage new Reddit accounts from scratch.
• Develop and execute account warm-up strategies.
• Build and maintain account activity and karma through appropriate, genuine engagement.
• Manage multiple Reddit accounts independently and keep account activity organized.
• Identify and understand relevant subreddits and Reddit communities for different client industries.
• Stay up to date with Reddit rules, platform guidelines, and community-specific requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of the different routes and approaches available on Reddit to support marketing objectives.
• Monitor account health and proactively flag any potential issues or restrictions.
• Take full ownership of the day-to-day management of all assigned Reddit accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple Reddit accounts professionally.
• Hands-on experience setting up and warming up new Reddit accounts is essential.
• Strong understanding of Reddit karma, subreddit rules, moderation practices, and Reddit culture.
• Knowledge of how to navigate and engage with different Reddit communities effectively.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts separately and responsibly.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Experience supporting digital marketing or brand campaigns is a plus.
