The team is experiencing growth as their caseload reaches critical processing stages, and they need support to handle increased candidate communication and administrative coordination. The leadership team operates across multiple countries, with key personnel based in South Africa.

Job Description

You will serve as the right hand to the immigration case manager, taking ownership of all candidate-facing communication and administrative coordination during the final stages of the immigration process. This role allows the case manager to focus on accuracy, documentation, and filing while you ensure candidates receive timely responses, follow-ups, and support throughout their journey.

You will become the reliable communication bridge between the firm and their candidates, managing the back-and-forth that keeps cases moving forward smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Handle ongoing communication with immigration candidates throughout the end stages of their visa process
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates to gather required information and documentation
  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to immigration case processing
  • Manage paperwork organization and documentation flow
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide status updates
  • Support the case manager by handling the administrative workload that creates bottlenecks
  • Maintain organized records of all candidate communications and interactions
  • Ensure candidates remain informed and supported during critical processing periods

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support or coordination roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-up abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing back-and-forth communication with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Bonus if you have experience in immigration, visa processing, or legal services
  • It helps if you have worked in client-facing or candidate-facing roles previously
  • Bonus if you are comfortable working hours that overlap with South African business hours
