NDIS Compliance & Administration Coordinator (ShiftCare)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented NDIS Compliance & Administrative Coordinator with proven, hands-on experience handling incident management, continuous improvement, and audit-related registers. To hit the ground running with minimal onboarding, proficiency in ShiftCare is strongly preferred alongside expertise in supporting daily administrative operations, staff tracking, and client onboarding. If you thrive in maintaining high-quality NDIS standards without needing step-by-step supervision, this key role is the perfect next step for your career. 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, flexible during Sydney business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain NDIS compliance documentation to ensure the business remains audit-ready.
  • Maintain and update internal compliance registers, including incident management, continuous improvement, risk, and other audit-related registers.
  • Monitor staff compliance requirements, including screening checks, qualifications, training records, and document expiry dates, and proactively follow up on renewals.
  • Maintain accurate participant and staff records within ShiftCare.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for NDIS audits and ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Support client onboarding by preparing and maintaining required documentation and service agreements when needed.
  • Perform accurate data entry and ensure all compliance records and documentation are complete, organized, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with the Director to support ongoing compliance initiatives and administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in NDIS compliance and administration, preferably supporting a registered NDIS provider.
  • Hands-on experience managing NDIS compliance documentation, internal registers, and audit preparation.
  • Proficiency in ShiftCare is highly preferred (or the ability to demonstrate extensive experience with similar NDIS software).
  • Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and require little training.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
