Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Appointment Setter to handle inbound calls, manage technician dispatching, and streamline customer service during evening and weekend shifts.

Schedule:
Monday - Sunday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM MST (Weekdays) and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST (Weekends) (36 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers during evening and weekend shifts.
• Schedule appliance repair appointments directly into the company CRM.
• Map out appointments geographically to optimize technician travel.
• Provide professional customer service and address basic inquiries.
• Coordinate scheduling handovers with the weekday office person.
• Maintain accurate customer and scheduling records within the CRM.

• Answer inbound calls from customers during evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Strong verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Proficiency in reading and navigating maps for technician scheduling.
• Previous experience in appointment setting or dispatching roles.
• Ability to use CRM software for scheduling and data entry.
