Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in financial services, brokerage, online trading, or affiliate marketing?

As a Telegram Chat Sales Representative, you will guide warm international leads through a seamless onboarding journey with zero cold calling required. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in Telegram or high-volume chat sales environments, alongside strong rapport-building skills and precise lead management. Knowledge of online trading communities, broker onboarding processes, and experience working with global clients are essential for success in this role. Additionally, strong language skills will set you apart as you convert prospects and unlock team-based performance bonuses.

Schedule:

Full-time (40 work hours per week)

Note: Working hours align with UK/London and US/New York trading hours with flexible scheduling aligned with required trading-hour coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with new inbound leads through Telegram and respond promptly to questions and enquiries.
• Build rapport and establish trust through clear, professional, and persuasive written communication.
• Identify each prospect’s needs, interests, and level of knowledge through effective questioning.
• Recommend the most appropriate community or package based on the prospect’s requirements.
• Explain the customer journey, available options, and next steps clearly and accurately.
• Guide customers through the registration and partner broker sign-up process.
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet completed the required steps.
• Maintain accurate lead records and ensure conversations and follow-ups are organised in the relevant systems.
• Follow established sales processes, scripts, and compliance requirements consistently.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to share insights, support team targets, and improve conversion performance.

KPI Expectations:

• Achieve agreed lead-to-registration and conversion targets.
• Maintain strong response times across assigned Telegram conversations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and follow-up activity.
• Consistently follow the defined sales and customer onboarding process.
• Contribute positively to team sales and bonus targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, lead conversion, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, clarity, and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence customers through written communication.
• Strong questioning and listening skills, with the ability to identify customer needs quickly.
• Comfortable working with online platforms, messaging applications, and digital systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
• Genuine interest in financial markets, trading, or willingness to develop strong product knowledge.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in trading, financial services, brokerage, or affiliate marketing.
• Experience working with Telegram or other high-volume chat-based sales environments.
• Knowledge of online trading communities or broker onboarding processes.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Additional language skills.
