Our client is looking for a dedicated, highly accurate, and experienced E-commerce Photo Editor & Graphic Designer to join their remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw product photography into polished, high-converting visual assets across their Shopify store, Amazon listings, Instagram, and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate blends high-level photo retouching skills with modern AI photo editing tools to produce clean, color-accurate, and engaging media. You must be a reliable, detail-oriented creative who excels at working asynchronously, following strict branding guidelines, and managing asset pipelines via Google Drive.

Our client is a premier U.S.-based e-commerce retailer specializing in high-precision, customized military gear, medals, ribbons, and insignia. Built on a foundation of authenticity and respect, their online store serves thousands of active-duty service members, veterans, and military families. They take pride in delivering pristine product representation across all their digital channels, ensuring every detail meets the highest quality standards.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Retouch, color-correct, background-remove, and enhance raw product photography to ensure uniform, crisp presentation across all platforms.
• Format, optimize, and prepare visual assets according to platform-specific dimensions and specs for Shopify, Amazon, and Instagram.
• Leverage current AI photo editing tools and workflows to accelerate production, scale asset variations, and improve image quality efficiently.
• Design visually compelling marketing newsletters and promotional graphics for regular customer email campaigns.
• Systematically organize, upload, and share all high-resolution raw files, edited photos, and final design assets using shared Google Drive folders.
• Strictly adhere to established photography, product representation, and content requirements to ensure maximum visual quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Portfolio link showcasing relevant e-commerce product photography editing, graphic design samples, and newsletter layouts (Mandatory).
• Proven experience editing product photos and preparing visual content specifically for Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and social media platforms (Instagram).
• Strong expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) alongside practical experience using modern AI-powered photo editing tools.
• Demonstrated capability in designing engaging email newsletters and digital marketing collateral.
• Highly trustworthy, competent, accurate, and deeply dedicated to the craft of visual storytelling and photo perfection.
• Comfortable using shared Google Drive structures for real-time asset delivery and team collaboration.
• Reliable remote workstation with high-speed internet, color-accurate monitor setup, and necessary creative hardware/software.
