Overview

Our client is looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to support a growing social enterprise dedicated to helping women-led and small businesses embrace AI and smarter technology. In this role, you will act as the engine room of the program, ensuring a network of licensed consultants has the training, tools, and marketing assets needed to succeed. It is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful digital programs, manage marketing calendars, and help scale a purpose-driven global network.

Schedule:

• Full Time - 40h per week, flexible within GMT - UK business hours

Responsibilities:

• Onboard new licensed AI Business Consultants and maintain documentation.
• Manage and maintain the LearnWorlds LMS, uploading recordings and resources.
• Coordinate the marketing calendar across the Business Hub and consultant network.
• Create social media graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral using Canva.
• Repurpose webinars and articles into social content and newsletters.
• Support the administration of local business network events and webinars.
• Manage the central program inbox and respond to routine consultant queries.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in marketing coordination, content management, or digital programs.
• Exceptional written English and proofreading capabilities.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design software for creating marketing assets.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, specifically LearnWorlds experience is a plus.
• Confidence managing CRMs and common online business systems.
• Bonus if you have experience with Salesforce, Slack, or AI tools like ChatGPT.
• It helps if you have a genuine interest in AI and emerging technology.
