Operations & AI Strategy Associate

Operations & AI Strategy Associate – Part-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a high-potential, highly motivated Operations & AI Strategy Associate to join a growing real estate compliance company.

This is an opportunity for someone who may be a recent graduate or early in their career but demonstrates exceptional communication skills, confidence, initiative, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn quickly.
You will work closely with the management team to help build, improve, and scale the company's operational processes. A significant part of the role will involve defining workflows, developing SOPs, coordinating real estate license renewals across the U.S., and working with the company's AI platform to test functionality, identify opportunities, and provide meaningful feedback.

The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't simply follow processes—they naturally look for ways to make processes better, faster, and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Process Improvement

  • Define, document, and improve operational processes across the business.
  • Develop clear and efficient SOPs, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.
  • Design workflows focused on achieving clear business outcomes.
  • Help establish systems and processes that can scale as the company grows.
  • Work closely with management to identify operational gaps and opportunities.

Real Estate Compliance & License Management

  • Coordinate real estate license renewals across different cities and municipalities throughout the U.S.
  • Communicate with city administrators, government offices, and other external stakeholders to obtain requirements and complete renewals.
  • Track deadlines, documentation, applications, and follow-ups to ensure renewals are completed on time.
  • Maintain accurate records and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Research and learn different city-specific requirements and processes.

AI & Technology

  • Work directly with the company's AI platform to test workflows, features, and outputs.
  • Identify opportunities where AI can improve or automate existing business processes.
  • Provide detailed and constructive feedback to the management and technology teams.
  • Help test new AI-driven workflows and identify potential issues or improvements.
  • Translate operational requirements into clear workflows that can potentially be supported by AI.

Leadership & Growth

  • Work closely with company leadership and contribute to operational decision-making.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them through completion.
  • Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • As the company grows, have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities and potentially build and manage a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from University of the Philippines (UP) or De La Salle University (DLSU).
  • Business-related degree preferred, including Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Marketing, Finance, or similar fields.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they demonstrate strong potential.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone and through video calls.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable learning and using new software, technology, and AI tools.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Curious, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Demonstrates maturity, professionalism, and strong ownership of responsibilities.
  • Interested in growing into an operations or leadership role.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not necessarily the person with the most experience. We are looking for someone with the potential to become a future operations leader.
You may be a recent graduate, but you should be someone who:

  • Communicates confidently and professionally.
  • Is comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people.
  • Asks thoughtful questions and learns quickly.
  • Can take an ambiguous problem and figure out how to approach it.
  • Naturally looks for ways to improve inefficient processes.
  • Is comfortable experimenting with technology and AI.
  • Takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.
  • Has the ambition and maturity to eventually lead people and operations.
