Job Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to drive their newsletter growth and email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will take ownership of campaign strategy, content creation, and performance tracking to optimize overall engagement.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow newsletter audiences.
• Plan, write, and design engaging newsletters in Mailchimp.
• Track performance, record data, and optimize campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter management.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and design skills for engaging newsletters.
• Ability to develop strategies to grow newsletter audiences.
• Experience in tracking email performance and optimizing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
