Job Overview

We are seeking a senior, highly experienced full-time Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst (Acquisitions & Financial Modeling) to directly support our real estate acquisitions team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for evaluating potential real estate acquisitions, analyzing complex financial data, and building advanced financial models in Excel. Working closely with our existing U.S. team, you will utilize established templates and processes to craft high-quality PowerPoint investment presentations that drive strategic deal evaluations and decision-making.

Schedule

    • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Miami, EST with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and maintain complex, advanced Excel financial models to underwrite and analyze real estate acquisition opportunities.
  • Prepare high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint investment presentations and pitch decks for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Thoroughly evaluate and analyze real estate acquisition opportunities, market trends, property metrics, and complex financial datasets.
  • Work seamlessly with existing templates, procedures, and financial framework models established by the U.S. acquisitions team.
  • Support the end-to-end deal lifecycle by evaluating risk factors, return profiles, and valuation metrics across prospective target assets.
  • Collaborate closely with team leadership to synthesize quantitative data into clear, compelling qualitative insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or real estate acquisitions.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, with a proven track record of constructing and maintaining complex real estate financial models.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with exceptional ability to present complex investment data visually and concisely.
  • Exceptional analytical, underwriting, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with high standards for data accuracy and work product presentation.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly to established processes and leverage company-provided templates effectively.
