Our client is seeking a Social Media Strategist (Subscription Platforms) to drive reach across TikTok, Instagram, X, and Reddit while expanding their brand into wellness, motivation, and lifestyle spaces. In this role, you will leverage your comprehensive knowledge of platform community guidelines, shadowban triggers, and technical proficiency in tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite to transform raw assets into high-converting content. Absolute discretion and 100% comfort handling explicit adult material under strict NDA compliance are essential. Applications featuring a portfolio demonstrating past growth metrics and high-performing assets will be prioritized.

• Monday - Friday, Flexible during business hours (Spokane, WA Time) (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Innovation:
  • Launch, scale, and manage accounts from scratch to high-volume, engaged audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Reddit.
  • Identify, test, and implement cutting-edge growth strategies (e.g., Trial Reels, audience cross-pollination) to expand brand reach organically.
  • Design and refine cross-platform traffic funnels to drive social media followers toward monetized subscription platforms.
  • Maintain a luxury, authentic, "slow-burn" brand voice tailored to the mature creator market, positioning the brand distinctively without standard influencer clichés.
• Platform Compliance & Account Safeguarding:
  • Possess deep, practical knowledge of Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and shadowban triggers for spicy/adult-oriented content across IG, TikTok, Twitter (X), Reddit, and Discord.
  • Routinely audit content, hashtags, and messaging to insulate accounts from flags, shadowbans, and permanent bans.
• Execution, Copywriting & Scheduling Workflows:
  • Edit, polish, and optimize raw video and photo spicy assets provided by the brand team.
  • Write compelling, high-converting, safe-for-work captions aligned with the brand's distinct voice and audience psychology.
  • Oversee scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Later) ensuring 100% posting adherence without slip-ups.
• Active Engagement & Community Growth:
  • Actively comment and participate in targeted online adult/creator communities, subreddits, and platform threads to foster organic discovery.
  • Oversee direct messaging strategies to convert casual viewers into long-term subscribers.
• Analytics, Accountability & Leadership:
  • Deliver clear, data-driven weekly breakdowns showing why posts succeeded or underperformed, alongside actionable strategic pivots.
  • Provide leadership, workflow structuring, and task direction for junior social assistants or chatters as brand operational needs expand.

Requirements

• Proven Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success scaling social media presence from zero followers to large, active audiences within the creator-led, spicy, or adult-adjacent space (direct subscription platforms/paywalled media marketing experience strongly preferred).
• Adult-Adjacent Policy Mastery: Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of community guidelines, shadow-restriction triggers, and content boundaries across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Reddit.
• Technical & Creative Skillset: Proficient in video editing software and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite) to elevate raw visual assets into polished content.
• Professional Discretion & Comfort: Complete, 100% comfort working directly with explicit, spicy, and adult visual material while maintaining absolute confidentiality and NDA compliance.
• Portfolio Standard: Ability to provide a portfolio of past social media work demonstrating growth metrics, strategic execution, and high-performing captions/assets in creator or spicy content niches (applications with portfolios will be prioritized).
• Proactive Ownership: Leadership in social strategy, bringing new concepts, growth experiments, and actionable solutions to weekly strategy syncs without waiting for leadership to research or present them first.
• Zero-Defect Scheduling Discipline: Mandated, consistent tool-based scheduling standard practice to ensure posts are never missed and content calendars are maintained seamlessly across all active channels.
