Job Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated and proactive Outbound Sales Representative to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate is confident, assertive, and possesses excellent English communication skills. This role will focus on supporting the sales process through outbound sales calls, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client communication
- Update and maintain accurate client information in the CRM or database
- Assist with lead management and sales pipeline updates
- Document call outcomes and client interactions
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support for the sales department
- Perform other sales-related administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, assertive, and self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and engaging with prospective clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) (Preferred)
- Experience working in a remote environment (Preferred)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent time management and follow-up abilities
- Customer-focused mindset
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
