Our client is looking for a Social Media Coordinator (Instagram) to be the execution engine behind a proven Instagram marketing system that drives real student enrollments. This is not a creative or content creation role—it's about precision, consistency, and following a tested playbook. You'll manage posting schedules across multiple Instagram accounts, execute targeted follower growth strategies, and ensure every story post goes live at the right time with the right link. Your reliability will directly impact lead generation for a mission-driven education business.
Client Overview
Our client is a fast-growing education company in the pre-medical space, helping aspiring medical students get into medical school. They operate a network of approximately 60 Instagram accounts targeting pre-med students at specific universities, generating qualified leads through strategic social media engagement and content distribution.
Schedule

Sunday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM EST (20 hours per week)
Note: Flexible overall hours, but story posts must be posted daily (except Saturdays) within this specified time window.
Responsibilities
- Manage posting schedules across approximately 60 Instagram accounts targeting pre-med students at specific universities
- Execute story posts at designated times with correct links to drive sales call bookings
- Follow and engage with target accounts based on provided lists of pre-med students and relevant campus clubs
- Adhere strictly to posting schedules and timelines outlined in provided spreadsheets
- Grow Instagram accounts by implementing systematic follower targeting strategies
- Monitor and manage multiple Instagram accounts simultaneously across different devices
- Maintain consistency and reliability in daily social media operations without supervision
- Track and report on account activity and growth metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple Instagram accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and spreadsheets precisely
- Strong organizational skills to manage 60+ accounts without missing deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and self-discipline to maintain consistent posting schedules
- Comfortable using spreadsheets to track tasks and account information
- Available to work 20 hours per week with potential to scale to 40 hours
Qualifications
- Bonus if you have experience in education or EdTech social media marketing
- It helps if you've managed Instagram growth campaigns or follower acquisition strategies
- Bonus if you have experience working with US-based clients remotely
