Overview
We are seeking a WordPress & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive website traffic, generate leads, and improve online visibility. This role combines marketing execution with website management, making it ideal for someone who is both creative and technically capable. You will be responsible for maintaining the company website, creating and publishing marketing content, supporting SEO efforts, managing email campaigns, and assisting with paid and organic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and maintain the company website using WordPress.
- Publish landing pages, blog posts, and website content while ensuring a consistent user experience.
- Optimize website content for SEO, including on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking, and keyword implementation.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions and user engagement.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Create and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, marketing performance, and campaign analytics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors when needed.
- Ensure branding remains consistent across all digital channels.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and WordPress updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar marketing role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing WordPress websites.
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and paid social media advertising.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for minor website updates.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and make recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or other WordPress page builders.
- Experience using marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
- Basic graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing websites for B2B or service-based businesses.
