Overview

Our client is looking for a French Bilingual Administrative and Booking Specialist to join their Swiss-based team as a long-term remote professional. In this critical role, you will be the voice of the company for English- and French-speaking clients while maintaining the integrity of internal booking systems and CRM databases. This is a highly collaborative opportunity to manage essential daily workflows and ensure seamless operational continuity.

Schedule

  • Full-Time (40+ hours/week) | Client Timezone: CET (Switzerland)

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in both French and English with a professional demeanor.
  • Coordinate client inquiries and bookings within the company’s internal system.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately within the CRM database.
  • Prepare and format reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Ensure seamless communication between remote operations and the Swiss-based management team.
  • Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient daily business operations.
  • Follow up on client requests to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Monitor data integrity across all platforms to avoid operational gaps.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry management.
  • Confident and clear telephone communication skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote home-based environment.
  • Bonus if you have experience with Swiss or European business contexts.
  • It helps if you have prior experience with online booking systems.
