Overview

Our client is looking for a highly skilled, meticulous E-commerce Video Editor (Adobe Premiere Pro & Frame.io) to join their digital production team at a premier creative agency. In this remote role, you will take ownership of editing dynamic video content across a diverse portfolio of client brands, primarily focusing on e-commerce and service-based businesses. You will transform creative briefs into polished, high-converting visual assets with a heavy emphasis on flawless color continuity and remote collaboration workflows.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (includes 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Responsibilities

• Multi-Brand Video Editing: Edit, cut, and structure high-quality video content for multiple client accounts, ranging from snappy social media cutdowns to detailed product and promotional brand videos.
• Advanced Color Continuity: Perform advanced color grading and color matching to a premium corporate standard across disparate and varied raw footage sources.
• Brief Interpretation: Accurately decipher creative briefs, storyboards, and project guidelines to execute video assets to precise specifications on the first delivery loop.
• Revision Management: Systematically track, process, and manage post-production feedback and client revisions utilizing the Frame.io review platform.
• Proactive Collaboration: Communicate transparently with internal project managers regarding asset timelines, technical blockers, and final file deliveries.
• Quality Preservation: Maintain meticulous quality control and extreme structural accuracy across all final export deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven professional video editing experience, with a dedicated portfolio focusing on e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or service-based brand content.
• Advanced, non-negotiable color grading and shot-to-shot color matching skills.
• Advanced proficiency within Adobe Premiere Pro; direct professional experience utilizing Frame.io for collaborative reviews is highly preferred.
• Must possess a personal, high-performance computer setup capable of rendering high-definition video assets alongside active editing software licenses.
• Exceptional attention to detail, prioritizing narrative accuracy and visual quality over raw speed, with the ability to work independently from a remote environment.
• Clear, reliable, and proactive English communication skills for fluid remote team integration.

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory):

• A comprehensive portfolio or professional editing showreel demonstrating e-commerce content, advanced color grading work, and social media ad formats is strictly required with your application.
