Accelerate your sales career by joining our team as a dedicated Appointment Setter, where you will drive business growth by turning cold prospects and inbound leads into high-value scheduled meetings. Schedule
Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday 12pm to 4pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across the U.S. market to generate qualified appointments for the sales team
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through paid advertising campaigns and convert them into scheduled meetings
- Deliver engaging, consultative sales pitches that clearly communicate the value of the company's marketing services
- Maintain accurate records of lead activity, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks within the CRM
- Consistently follow up with prospects to maximize appointment conversion rates
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine call scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies based on performance and feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or outbound B2B sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent English
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills with the ability to overcome objections confidently
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail when managing leads and updating CRM records
- Comfortable working flexible hours and responding to inbound leads outside scheduled shifts when additional incentives are available
