Job Overview

Our client is looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to support two company social media accounts through high-quality graphic design, short-form video editing, and content scheduling. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for branding, experience creating engaging social media content, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the marketing coordinator.

Client Overview

The client operates within the oyster farming equipment industry and is focused on building a strong and consistent online presence through engaging visual storytelling and strategic social media content.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, flexible between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Design on-brand graphics and visual assets for social media posts across two company accounts
  • Write engaging captions aligned with monthly content strategies and brand voice
  • Edit short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, using provided footage and creative resources
  • Schedule and coordinate content posting across multiple accounts to maximize engagement
  • Duplicate and adapt content across accounts while maintaining freshness and variety
  • Collaborate with the marketing coordinator to execute weekly content briefs delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays
  • Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all content
  • Organize and manage content assets efficiently for ongoing campaigns

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and video editing
  • Experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form video content using tools such as CapCut
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and similar design platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to replicate established visual styles
  • Excellent visual storytelling and creative communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
