Job Description: You’ll take full ownership of social media strategy and execution across multiple platforms, directly impacting sales and customer acquisition for diverse business verticals. This isn’t just posting content—you’ll be the driving force behind customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. You’ll work independently with clear performance expectations while having the creative freedom to implement strategies that deliver real business results.

Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule 3 engaging posts daily across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest with strategic captions, solutions, and value-driven content
• Actively engage with followers through questions, comments, and community building to drive conversions
• Optimize posting times and hashtag strategies for maximum reach and engagement
• Provide daily updates via Whatsapp Chat on activities, engagement metrics, and business results
• Adapt content strategy across different business verticals 

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven social media management experience with measurable business results
• Strong expertise in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest best practices and algorithms
• Experience managing social media for e-commerce or service-based businesses
• Proficiency with Whatsapp, Canva and Claude
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take full ownership of social media operations
• Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling captions and customer interactions
