Licensing Coordinator

Overview

Our client, a growing consumer products company, is looking for a detail-oriented Licensing Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administration and compliance of their expanding licensing programs. This role is perfect for a highly organized professional who excels at structured workflows, managing critical deadlines, and maintaining accurate business records. You will have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams while coordinating essential partner communications and data reporting to drive operational efficiency.

Schedule:

  • Part-Time (20 hours per week) | Monday - Friday, flexible between 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Greer, SC (4 hours per day/20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Licensing Administration & Compliance:

  • Maintain licensing compliance across multiple licensing partners and agreements
  • Track contract obligations, renewal dates, compliance requirements, and key milestones
  • Organize and maintain licensing contracts, databases, supporting documents, and contact records
  • Assist with license applications, renewals, and related documentation
  • Support internal teams by providing licensing information and documentation as needed

Reporting & Data Management:

  • Maintain licensing dashboards and recurring internal reports
  • Update sales dashboards through recurring data exports
  • Generate sales forecasts using historical sales data and current trends
  • Identify underperforming licensing programs and highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and organized reporting systems

Project Coordination & Partner Communication:

  • Coordinate recurring communications with licensing partners, including quarterly updates and relationship management emails
  • Work with the marketing team to schedule and monitor licensing-related content
  • Maintain project boards, action trackers, and recurring task schedules
  • Research potential retail accounts and new licensing opportunities
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule by proactively tracking deadlines and deliverables

Requirements

  • Previous experience in project coordination, licensing administration, operations, or administrative support
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable managing multiple recurring deadlines and structured processes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to organize and interpret data

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with licensing, contracts, legal administration, or compliance
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience maintaining dashboards and recurring reports
  • Background in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing businesses
