Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Client Success & Retention Supervisor (B2B) professional for a key manufacturing company based in Louisville, KY (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EDT). In this role, you will focus on recovering lapsed dealership accounts, conducting discovery calls to identify client concerns, and developing long-term retention strategies. You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues and track all interactions within our CRM. This position requires 3+ years of B2B account management or customer retention experience, alongside exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm EDT (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Contact dealership partners that have recently reduced or discontinued business with iKeyless.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client concerns, service issues, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealership decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Leadership teams to address client concerns and implement solutions.
- Follow up with former and at-risk dealership partners to ensure concerns have been addressed.
- Develop account recovery and retention strategies to improve client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Track all client interactions, concerns, action items, and outcomes within the CRM system.
- Prepare reports detailing client feedback, trends, risks, and recovery opportunities.
- Escalate critical issues and recommend process improvements based on dealership feedback.
- Assist in developing processes, workflows, and best practices for the Client Success Department.
- Support leadership in improving dealership retention and overall client experience.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Customer Retention, Business Development, or a related field.
- Experience managing business-to-business (B2B) relationships.
- Proven ability to retain clients, recover accounts, or resolve customer concerns.
- Experience conducting outbound calls and engaging decision-makers.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience working with automotive dealerships or automotive-related businesses is preferred.
- Experience in customer retention, churn reduction, or account recovery programs is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
