Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator (Books & Children's Brands) to help scale a beautiful children's book brand. You will be responsible for translating high-quality book illustrations into engaging social media content while managing a structured posting schedule.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling but few meetings based on GMT; 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling social media content by repurposing existing book illustrations.
• Plan, schedule, and post content at least two weeks in advance for client review.
• Manage recurring weekly content series including author collaborations and book giveaway promotions.
• Coordinate social media posts with upcoming events, book launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Repurpose static illustrations into animated or dynamic visual formats for social engagement.
• Provide light administrative support including event scheduling and social media community responses.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual content creation for creative brands.
• Excellent eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling with a focus on brand authenticity.
• Proficiency in Canva and professional social media scheduling tools.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand guidelines.
• Bonus if you have experience creating content for children's brands or products targeting parents.
• It helps if you have a background in digital marketing for authors or creative artists.
