AI Revenue Operations & Sales/Marketing Automation Implementor

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm PST

About Us
At Datapath Workspace, we deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions that
empower organizations to work smarter and more efficiently. Our team is driven by innovation,
collaboration, and a commitment to excellence in every client interaction. We pride ourselves on
building long-term partnerships and providing exceptional service that clients can depend on.

Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on AI Revenue Operations Implementor to help us build AI-
powered workflows, automations, dashboards, and data-driven processes across our
SEO, marketing, and sales teams.
This role will work directly with company leadership, our marketing agent, and our sales
team to improve how we generate leads, manage campaigns, track SEO and website
engagement, support sales follow-up, analyze pipeline data, and automate repeatable
work.
The right person is part AI implementor, part vibe coder, part sales/marketing process
engineer, and part data analyst. You should be comfortable using AI tools, low-code/no-
code platforms, CRM systems, dashboards, and automation tools to turn business
needs into working solutions.
You do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but you must be able to build. We
are looking for someone who can take a messy sales or marketing process, understand
the goal, map the workflow, and create practical AI-enabled systems that save time,
improve visibility, and help the team execute better.
Primary responsibilities include building AI workflows, automating sales and marketing
tasks, improving CRM processes, creating dashboards, supporting SEO and content
workflows, analyzing campaign and pipeline data, and helping train the team on
practical AI use.
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, HubSpot, Power BI,
Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, Cursor, Replit, or similar platforms is highly
valuable.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to help build the future of AI-assisted
sales and marketing operations.

Core Mission
The mission of this role is to help us build an AI-assisted sales and marketing operating
system that improves:
Lead generation
SEO and content execution
Campaign tracking
Prospect research
Sales follow-up
CRM hygiene
Pipeline visibility
Marketing-to-sales handoff
Reporting and dashboards
Data analysis

Workflow automation
Internal sales and marketing productivity
This role should help reduce manual work, eliminate process gaps, improve speed to
execution, and give leadership better insight into what is working and what is not.

Key Responsibilities
AI Workflow & Automation Development
Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows for sales, marketing, SEO, and lead
generation.
Create automations that support prospect research, campaign follow-up, lead routing,
task creation, CRM updates, email workflows, reporting, and internal notifications.
Use AI tools to improve repeatable processes such as content planning, campaign
execution, sales prep, follow-up creation, contact enrichment, call summaries, meeting
prep, and opportunity tracking.
Build lightweight internal tools, scripts, prompts, agents, or workflows using low-code,
no-code, and AI-assisted development tools.
Help connect systems such as HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook,
website forms, spreadsheets, reporting platforms, and other sales/marketing tools.

Sales & Marketing Process Engineering
Work with leadership, marketing, and sales to document current workflows and identify
gaps, bottlenecks, duplicated effort, or missed handoffs.
Translate business goals into repeatable workflows that can be automated, measured,
and improved.
Improve lead lifecycle processes from website visitor to MQL, SQL, sales opportunity,
proposal, follow-up, and closed deal.
Help create structured processes for campaign execution, prospect targeting, outbound
sequences, event follow-up, website conversion tracking, and account-based marketing.
Support the sales team with AI-enabled prospecting, account research, call preparation,
proposal support, and post-meeting follow-up.

SEO & Marketing Support
Work with the marketing agent and leadership to support SEO-driven content strategy,
keyword tracking, website engagement, landing page performance, blog/content
planning, and conversion improvement.
Help build workflows for turning SEO data, website analytics, campaign data, and sales
feedback into actionable marketing priorities.
Support the development of AI-assisted content production workflows, including
outlines, drafts, repurposing, internal review steps, publishing checklists, and
performance tracking.

Help create systems for white papers, case studies, how-to guides, risk assessments,
self-guided assessments, gated content, and lead capture workflows.

Dashboards, Reporting & Data Analysis
Build and maintain dashboards that show marketing activity, lead sources, campaign
performance, SEO trends, sales activity, pipeline movement, conversion rates, and
revenue attribution.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify what is working, what is stalled, where
leads are leaking, and where follow-up is missing.
Help leadership answer practical questions such as:
Which campaigns are producing real opportunities?
Which website pages are creating engagement?
Which sales reps need follow-up support?
Which leads are stuck?
Which accounts should be targeted next?
Which content is generating clicks but not conversions?
Where are sales and marketing misaligned?
Create reports that are simple, visual, and useful for executive decision-making.

AI Prompting, Agents & Internal Enablement
Develop reusable prompts, AI assistants, workflows, and process templates for the
sales and marketing teams.
Help train team members on how to use AI tools properly, safely, and consistently.
Create internal playbooks for AI-supported prospecting, email creation, account
research, meeting prep, sales follow-up, campaign analysis, and content development.
Help ensure AI-generated outputs are reviewed, accurate, on-brand, and aligned with
company goals.

Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with some combination of:
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar
AI-assisted coding or “vibe coding” tools such as Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, GitHub
Copilot, Lovable, Bolt, or similar
Low-code/no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or
similar
CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot or similar
Sales and marketing workflows
SEO and content marketing processes
Dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, HubSpot reporting,
Excel, or Google Sheets

Website analytics and campaign tracking
Data cleanup, process mapping, and workflow design
API integrations or lightweight scripting is a plus
Strong understanding of sales pipeline and marketing funnel concepts

Ideal Candidate Profile
This person should be a builder, not just a thinker.
They should be comfortable sitting with leadership or sales, listening to a messy
process, asking smart questions, and then turning that into a working workflow,
dashboard, automation, or AI-assisted tool.
They do not need to be a traditional software engineer, but they must be technically
resourceful and able to use modern AI tools to build functional solutions quickly.
They should understand that the goal is not to “play with AI.” The goal is to improve
business execution, increase visibility, reduce wasted time, improve sales follow-up, and
help marketing produce measurable results.

Sales and marketing aware

Curious about AI and automation
Able to move fast without creating chaos
Understands the difference between a cool demo and a useful business workflow
