Job Overview
Our client is looking for a confident, results-driven B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help drive new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach. You will work directly with the business owner to build a scalable sales pipeline, playing a key role in the company's growth by connecting with prospective clients and converting conversations into qualified meetings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with decision-makers, building rapport quickly, handling objections, and consistently generating qualified appointments.

Monday - Friday, Hours Flexible (20 hours per week)
Note: Core operational shift timings are flexible, with specific daily allocation to be coordinated alongside the business owner to ensure maximum outbound calling efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients to generate interest and visibility.
- Lead Qualification: Identify, target, and qualify key business decision-makers through effective discovery questions and commercial needs assessments.
- Appointment Setting: Book high-quality sales appointments for the business owner and maintain a healthy, actionable sales pipeline.
- Value Proposition Delivery: Clearly and concisely communicate the company's services and core value proposition to prospective business clients.
- Objection Navigation: Confidently overcome complex commercial objections and keep cold prospects engaged throughout the conversation.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain meticulous, accurate CRM database records, detailed call logs, qualification notes, and future follow-up schedules.
- Strategy Alignment: Work closely with the business owner to continuously refine outbound messaging, target profiles, and overall outreach strategy.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular, data-driven reporting on active outreach velocity, appointments booked, lead quality, and conversion performance against daily and weekly KPIs.
Requirements
- Sales Footprint: Proven professional experience in outbound cold calling, appointment setting, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Linguistic Standard: Strong verbal English communication skills with a confident, highly professional, and engaging phone presence.
- Sales Psychology Mastery: Exceptional objection-handling, fast rapport-building, active listening, and corporate persuasion skills.
- Target Resilience: Self-motivated, highly resilient under rejection, and comfortable working independently in a performance-driven remote environment.
- Operational Habits: Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail when logging records and tracking calendars.
Qualifications
- Prior experience selling or generating high-quality leads specifically for service-based businesses is highly preferred.
