Overview

Bring your technical precision and design flair to a dynamic boutique firm managing high-end residential and hospitality projects, including an exciting boutique hotel. This long-term, remote role offers a flexible 20-hour work week with incredible room for growth as our project pipeline continues to expand.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week) with potential to scale to full-time. Flexible hours with a required overlap during Eastern business hours for team meetings and check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate elevations, drawing sets, and design intent documentation for residential and commercial interior design projects
• Translate site notes, design direction, and reference materials into detailed SketchUp models and drawings
• Support the design team on a boutique hotel project including room layouts, lobby, and restaurant spaces
• Prepare and organize project documentation across multiple concurrent builds to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with the design team during daily or weekly check-ins to review priorities and receive feedback
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all project drawings and deliverables

Requirements

• Proficiency in SketchUp for creating interior design elevations and 3D renderings
• Prior experience in interior design drafting, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality projects
• Familiarity with project management tools for tracking tasks and deliverables
• High level of attention to detail in translating design intent into technical drawings
• Strong written communication skills for remote collaboration
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once direction is provided
