Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST during training, with complete scheduling flexibility once established (35+ hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for multiple clients using cloud-based platforms like QuickBooks and Xero.
- Transaction Processing: Maintain accurate financial records, process transactions in cloud systems, and execute streamlined bookkeeping tasks.
- Financial Reporting: Create detailed financial reports, models, and sheets using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Software Integration: Work seamlessly with Intuit products and modern cloud-based accounting ecosystem tools.
- Client Advisory: Participate in client discussions and provide valuable bookkeeping insights and data-driven reviews.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure absolute data accuracy and compliance across all assigned client accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members on complex financial and accounting projects.
Requirements
- US Bookkeeping Footprint: 4+ years of dedicated professional bookkeeping experience specifically working with US-based companies.
- Firm Environment Experience: Proven experience working inside a professional accounting firm or CPA agency environment.
- Tax Preparation Literacy: Direct, hands-on experience preparing and processing US tax returns.
- Software Tool Stack Mastery: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero, combined with advanced operational skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Technical Infrastructure: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional remote home office environment.
- Operational Autonomy: Proven capability to work completely independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating true "plug-and-play" readiness.
Qualifications
- Prior professional experience handling highly sensitive or confidential financial data.
- Comfort and familiarity with virtual team collaboration structures and remote communication software.
