In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of social media strategy, video content repurposing, and email marketing to scale the brand's digital presence. Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM UK Time Zone , Flexible withing clients business hours (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week).

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end social media posting process across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Repurpose video content and scripts into platform-specific posts with strategic scheduling
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Edit videos for social media and content repurposing
  • Support creation and optimisation of ads across digital channels
  • Proactively explore new marketing channels and content opportunities
  • Maintain reports showing KPIs and progress for tracking
  • Take full ownership of tasks and deliver results without supervision

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in social media management or a similar client-facing role
  • Highly proactive, self-starter with a “doer” mentality
  • Comfortable handling multiple marketing channels, email campaigns, and newsletters
  • Video editing skills for social media and content repurposing
  • Experience with social media ads and basic campaign optimisation
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and execute with precision
  • Experience with ChatGPT or AI content tools
