Job Overview

Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Medical Aesthetics Appointment Setter to manage inbound and outbound communication with prospective clients. This role is focused on converting leads into booked consultations by engaging, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. The position is client-facing and requires strong communication skills, basic sales ability, and comfort working in a healthcare/aesthetics setting.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM CST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads across calls, SMS, and other communication channels.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to re-engage leads and drive bookings.
• Qualify prospects based on interest, readiness, and service fit.
• Schedule consultations and ensure accurate calendar management.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to minimize lost opportunities.
• Track interactions and update lead status within CRM systems.
• Support overall pipeline management to ensure steady appointment volume.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, or sales support roles
• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare-related industries
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort handling objections and engaging prospects in conversation
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously

• Basic understanding of sales processes or consultation-based services
