Bilingual Telehealth Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Telehealth Coordinator to support virtual healthcare services. In this role, you will coordinate telehealth appointments, prepare patients and providers for virtual visits, and ensure platforms and equipment function properly. You will educate patients on accessing telehealth services, assist providers with workflows and documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain accurate records. Additional responsibilities include supporting billing processes and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments, ensuring timely completion and patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare patients and providers for virtual visits and educate patients on using telehealth platforms.
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot telehealth technology, platforms, and equipment during virtual visits.
  • Assist providers with telehealth workflows, documentation, and virtual care processes.
  • Maintain accurate telehealth records, reports, consent forms, and related documentation.
  • Support telehealth billing and coding processes while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, applicable regulations, organizational policies, and telehealth best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Customer service experience
