Overview
We are seeking an organized and communicative Spanish Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to drive candidate outreach, initial phone screenings, and interview scheduling. In this fully remote role, you will be the bridge between talented applicants and our hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience. Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours/week), Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during client business hours
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with job applicants
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and updates
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and text
- Support the recruitment process from application to interview stage
- Follow established recruiting processes and procedures
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Proficient with computers and online tools
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support
- Customer service or call center experience
- Experience working remotely
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
