Job Overview
Our client is looking for a skilled and proactive Paid Social Media & WordPress Management Specialist to manage their online presence, drive digital engagement, and execute successful paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will handle everything from content creation and community management to website updates and campaign optimization.

Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Create, curate, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and community engagement activities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other digital advertising platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results and return on investment
- Conduct audience targeting, budget management, A/B testing, and campaign reporting
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress
- Publish blog posts, landing pages, images, and website updates as required
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Track key marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts for a business or agency
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising strategies
- Experience running campaigns across additional platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar
- Proficiency with WordPress content management and website updates
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with content scheduling and social media management tools
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva is highly desirable
